The system for viewing presentations and central content management of information boards in Volkswagen Slovakia. An application in SharePoint.

Customer The customer is the company Volkswagen Slovakia, which originated in 1991 and is now among the most important companies in Slovakia.

Challenge The customer contacted us with a request to create a solution that enables easy and automated management of the content of presentations displayed on multifunctional tables deployed in production. Originally, they used PowerPoint presentations that were difficult to manage and did not provide a uniform presentation on all the tables. The design was just one of the main requirements of the customer. The second most important requirement was to simplify work by automate some tasks.

The task we faced was the creation of a system that would: -Simplify processes by automate the task of creating the content of presentations, -United the appearance of all presentations.

Our analysts and architects have examined processes in a common communication with the customer and have identified all information system requirements in depth. After the analysis, they suggested several solutions from which the customer also chose with respect to the company's future needs.

Solution We have created a solution based on two applications – administration (Sharepoint app) and presentation (WPF). How individual applications work The administration application allows for easy and automated management and control of the presentation content. The presentation application, based on the settings in the administration application, displays the updated form of presentations on multifunctional tables in the production hall. This means that the presentation runs continuously on the information boards and is updated when any change is made to the administration application.

Applications define the roles of users on the basis of which they are made available, or to prevent individual functions of the application.

You can view apps in three languages. You can also enter the content of your presentations in tripling, and then after the language is used in presentation applications, show the presentations themselves on the devices in the printed language.

For both applications, we have designed UX and UI which was based on the original corporate environment, making it easier to train employees.

Summary Once deployed, the solution provides the customer with a simple and automated management of the presentation content and continuous display of the multifunction devices.

Managing the content of presentations and presenting content is fully tailored to the customer's requirements, ensuring their fulfilment, in particular:

• Efficient use of employees ' capacity by simplifying and automate the processes associated with the performance of the content management tasks of presentations. • Unify appearance, continuous display on multifunction devices, and automatic updating of presentations.
