Creation of ant innovative platform for dedicated programmers with artificial intelligence
Market changes dictate the importance of the selection of dedicated programmers and in companies the selection of these programmers takes place inefficiently due to structural problems in the selection process, complex solutions are needed for a significant increase in market efficiency and a solution to the structural problem. Human resources conservation is one of the most sensitive issues in programming service companies. The loss of every programmer can potentially cost the company the stoppage of work on a significant project, or the loss of an entire client. In order to avoid this, the Aciety platform created during the project will allow filling the position of an outgoing person (regardless of whether this person leaves the company or is simply transferred to another project carried out by the company) with a new specialist who meets the needs of the project. In this way, the company will preserve the smooth continuity of the project (filling the position), and the specialist will work in a position that corresponds to his current qualifications and subjective needs.
In order to solve existing scientific and technological uncertainties, R&D activities will be carried out:
- Creation of the system layout;
- Prototype development and testing.
The company will implement the project with a partner - JSC Information Technology Organization. The product under development has high commercial and return on investment potential.
The total value of the project is EUR 1,492,177, of which EUR 1,071,233 is allocated from European Union funds. The duration of the implementation of the project activities is from July 2024 to July 2026.

Export development of digital transformation IT cluster „WAYNORD DEDICATED“
This project is implemented by the cluster coordinator UAB „Aciety“, which manages the platform www.aciety.com and the representative brand „Waynord“ (www.waynord.com) of the individual members of the cluster, united in the value chain.
The goal of the project is to bring together Lithuanian companies operating in the field of IT into the economic value chain, which will sell a jointly created service to target export markets and thus increase their export potential, income and profitability. The companies will develop a joint product of the cluster - „Waynord dedicated“ export system of programming services of dedicated joint teams adapted to digital transformation. Project partners will jointly export programming services for digital transformation.
The main activities of the project are: recruitment of project employees in order to coordinate export activities, search for international partners and networks and prepare marketing tools (it is emphasized that only the companies and products participating in this project) and the recruitment of export managers (experts) in the project partner companies who will sell the product separately market segments. During the project, e-marketing services and research/study will be purchased.

The total value of the project is EUR 527,510, of which EUR 319,933 is allocated from the European Regional Development Fund.

- Aciety badge (quality marking service / product). An e-commerce and self-service system for the quality badge of competence will be developed.

- Smart coupon for software products - TAP. An e-shop for TAP will be developed.

Development of a prototype of an IT solution search and exchange system based on artificial intelligence and blockchain

The aim of the project is to develop and test a prototype of an IT solution search and clustering system based on artificial intelligence and blockchain. The company is implementing the project with a partner - JSC Metasite Business Solutions.
The goal of the newly developed system is maximally automated, securely managed and efficient platform, which connects the providers of programming services or managers of software products (code) already existing on the market and the recipients of such services or products - customers.
Such system currently has no analogues in the market, so the product would be new not only on the market but also globally.Products created during the project:
- Automated Search and Exchange System for IT Solutions and Algorithms;
- Decentralized smart coupon TAP.

Export Development of Automated Artificial Intelligence Commercial Systems (Automatizuotų dirbtinio intelekto komercijos sitemų eksporto plėtra)
The goal of the Project is to bring together Lithuanian IT companies in the value chain through the cluster ACIETY.
This will increase companies export potential, revenue and profit.
The main activities of the Project:
- Export manager activities in the target markets to increase number of signed contracts;
- Development of marketing platform and searching for international partners and networks.
There are 7 companies operating within this project.
Duration of the Project is 24 months.

Increasing the productivity of JSC Aciety by creating original service design solutions

Main goal of the project is to create new design concepts for the company's services. These implementations should make them attractive to consumers and help the company increase its sales revenue, profit and productivity.
Within the framework of this project, it is planned to create 5 sets of unique service designs:
- Finding the most suitable IT partner;
- Scheme of direct customer attraction;
- Scheme for organizing the exchange of requests;
- Product grouping-clustering scheme;
- Scheme for unique accumulative discounts of IT products.
Design solutions will be developed by an external design company.
Special training for IT companies’ employees Nr. 09.4.3-ESFA-K-814-02-0014
The aim of the Project is to ensure the qualification level of the employees by providing IT companies with the highest quality training.
270 IT professionals will be trained during this Project on the following topics:
- Front-end programming;
- Back-end programming;
- Commercialization of newly created IT services.
Project duration - 24 months.

Cluster Aciety R&D&I initiatives Project Nr. 03.2.1-LVPA-T-844-01-0078
The aim of the Project is to increase the potential of the cluster Aciety‘s R&D and to encourage its‘s members cooperation in the field of the development o new innovative products. This will be achieved through participation in international R&D initiatives.
The project will feature 7 events. These events will aim to establish contacts with international partners, clusters, science and study institutions in the field of information technology.
