What is Aciety Lead Exchange Score (LES)?

LES is a numerical valuation, representing a composite value of User participation in the Aciety System. Positive values indicate that the User is prioritized to receive a Request(-s), while negative ones indicate the opposite. Disregarding modifiers 1 LES represents 50,000 EUR in estimated Request value.

In simple terms, if you have 1 LES, the Aciety system will automatically prioritize you till you fill a Survey Request (or multiple) in value equal to at least 50,000 EUR.

There are certain limits and modifiers:
  1. If you respond fast in Surveys, perform well (get invited by clients to negotiations / win projects), update your company profile at least once a year, etc. small modifiers reduce how much LES you use to fill a Survey Request. (Maximum reduction is 50% - i.e. 1 LES is equal to 100,000 EUR in Survey Request filled to such a User);
  2. Maximum LES used per Survey Request is capped at 2. I.e. If the Lead in question is worth >100,000 EUR, you will use no more than 2 LES to fill it.

How to get LES?

  1. Participate in Aciety Lead Exchange and send Leads;
  2. Win (you get a bonus of LES if you win in a Request);
  3. Buy Aciety Premium or LES credits.

If I fill a Survey, will I continue to get Survey Requests that month under Aciety Premium?

If not invited directly by Key Account to additional Survey Requests, you may get and fill up to 2 Requests sent by Aciety Engine even if your LES is negative every month, while Aciety Premium is active.

If the Request is valued at over 50,000 EUR, can I still participate under Aciety Premium?

Yes, you will use more than 1 LES in such case (would be relevant in the future if Premium is canceled), but you will be able to participate in such a Request.
