STOCK-M system daily analyzes the actual sales and inventory replenishment so it could recommend what changes have to be done in order to have optimized stock level. For daily replenishment algorithm to build was used the TOC (Theory of Constraints) dynamic buffer management (DBM) methodology. Every day it shows the situations in each warehouse, shop or other storage place: how many SKUs are out of stock, how much is too much, which SKUs is "on the way" and what is the situation with inventory, taking into account the quantity which is "on the way". Every day system checks every SKU and identifies which SKU needs the replenishment in accordance of existing balance in each storage place. • STOCK-M includes seasonal fluctuations and promo management. This module also includes assortment management: Consolidation of similar SKUs, without the intervention into client's ERP; Simplified assortment management by warehouse levels (categories); Simple and automated mechanism of discontinuing SKUs.
• System automatically creates orders according to the established supply schedule for a particular supplier or recipient. The orders could be sent fully automatically if so agreed with customer. • STOCK-M was created in such way that just required reports are sent for particular persons at the right time. So employees do not have to waist their time and think what report do they need. • STOCK-M system combines the software, procedures, the detailed analysis of the processes and their control. • We provide a full-scale training before the start working with STOCK-M system • STOCK-M system allows to evaluate the current existing surplus and lost sales. Due to the given results the supply department initiates action to increase inventory turnover and to optimize inventory level. • STOCK-M system is able to manage SKUs of various shelf lives: long term and short term. • STOCK-M system performance is based on very close SKU (products / raw materials) consumption history, rather than forecasts. • STOCK-M system is easy and simple to implement in companies located in several regions or countries, and is compatible with all known and different ERP. • The new functions of the system, which will appear during the project-time, will be provided for free of charge. The new updates will be available for free if there is signed post-project service later.
