About Position

Lead digital marketing manager will be responsible for digital marketing (inbound) activities and department establishment. It"s a digital marketing position and technology know-how (growth-hacking) would be an advantage, yet it"s not mandatory. The tasks:

➢Digital marketing strategy development and execution.

➢Generate targeted traffic for aciety.

➢Lead generation through digital marketing tools, campaigns and channels.

➢Analysis of channels, campaigns and digital marketing performance.

➢Digital content marketing (content search, development, distribution).

➢Media material development (together with a designer).

➢Communication in social networks (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).

➢Ppc ads management.

➢SEO tasks.

➢PR activities and campaigns.

➢Growth hacking (using technology to find and develop high value, low effort digital marketing campaigns).

➢Executing digital marketing projects and initiative

Requirements

➢Direct experience in digital marketing (growth hacking would be a big advantage).

➢Work experience in the tech industry would be an advantage.

➢High motivation and strong goal orientation.

➢Analytical, structural and critical reasoning.

➢Subtle design touch would be an advantage.

➢Initiative and ability to work individually as well as in a team.

➢Computer literacy (MS Office, e-mail, skype, Google Analytics).

➢Strong English language skills.

Salary

1200–2000 Eur after taxes.
