The joint Belarusian-French joint venture «ECSAT-BEL» was established in January 1994.One of the founders of the company made a French company ECSAT SA, which has been included later in the CS Systèmes d'Information S.A. one of the leaders of the French IT-market.

In July 2007, «ECSAT-BEL» was renamed Joint Limited Liability Company «ECSAT-BEL» and it is currently.

The Company «ECSAT-BEL» in 1994, has firmly established itself in the IT-market of Belarus, offering its customers a complete package of the following services:

- Development, implementation and maintenance of software for plastic cards;
- Design and delivery of blank plastic cards, including cards of international payment systems, including EMV;
- Supply, maintenance and repair of banking terminals;
- Lease banking terminals to customers.

Joint Limited Liability Company «ECSAT-BEL» is the official distributor of the French company «Ingenico» in Belarus.
