A portal created for parents that have kids aged 0-14 years. The site allows searching for kids-friendly cafes, places where a parent can spend his time with a kid (e.g. kids-friendly cafes, shopping malls) or where a child can spend a spare time alone (like entertaining centers, sports clubs, painting classes, etc.). A user can find additional useful information on blog and forum of a portal. The newest technologies were applied in the process of portal development. Our team used custom, developed from scratch approximate search algorithm. The algorithm allows providing portal’s user with the most relevant and precise search results. While developing a design, we used nice-looking colors that corresponded to portal’s theme. Website’s ergonomic user interface was created according to current trends in UX.
