Challenge:
CCHBC faced challenges due to SAP software's limitations. As their growth trajectory continued, they acknowledged the necessity for a bespoke business operations solution. However, CCHBC lacked the engineering manpower to embark on such a project, leading them to engage Elando's services. The initial implementation occurred in Italy, starting as a proof of concept to test the feasibility of transitioning Profit and Loss planning away from the less flexible SAP.
This was a considerable task requiring a deep understanding of the existing system and the capacity to design a solution tailored to the company's unique demands. Following the success of the Italian implementation, the team faced a new challenge in Switzerland.
The Swiss project, similar to the Italian one, aimed to highlight the superiority of Elando's solution over SAP. The challenge, however, layin replicating this success in a different nation with distinct business conditions. It necessitated meticulous planning, execution, and an intimate understanding of the Swiss market and its specific needs. More over, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulations added another level of complexity to the project.
