We prefer working on a project as a team. Hence we prefer fixed price projects or body leasing where our team gets full responsibility for whole scope or some modules (we don't prefer leasing 1 developer to be a part of a large development team). In any project, we still use our own PM to follow our team (even if they are body-leased) to ensure high quality and not to leave our team behind.
