GoPuff is a great example of a project that was launched as an MVP to test the waters. The client looked for help to create an e-commerce store that was supposed to provide fast delivery of a wide range of products at any time of day or night. We started building it from scratch and developed only the core features to make it viable. Thanks to our fast and collaborative work on the website and apps, goPuff successfully proved its concept and so began to expand its functions as well as business to other US cities.
Apart from the website and both mobile apps, we developed a complex back office for goPuff managers, admins and drivers. It is aimed at improving internal processes and allows editing website and app content, managing orders, controlling expenses, assigning drivers, etc.
