ELEKS helped GRTgaz Deutschland to develop appygas, a unique digital portal that allows near real-time viewing of European gas market information. The team was instrumental in guiding appygas through the whole product development cycle — from framing the concept and creating product design to the portal’s launch and support.
The user experience was one of the project’s cornerstones. We focused on creating intuitive usability to facilitate platform adoption, as well as lucid visualisation tools to allow for easy comparisons of complex data.
appygas integrates data from 35+ independent data sources to provide consolidated information for trades via modules such as:
Route Calculator
Flow Maps
Maintenance Map, and
Traders’ Forum.
With appygas, GRTGaz Deutschland was able to expand its business model and position itself as an innovative market leader. The appygas platform was well received by the target audience and earned excellent feedback from the first users.
The tool helps main market actors do their job more efficiently by providing the most current data for decision-making and strategic analysis.
