Enjoyable and motivating working environment for sales company employees. We applied game mechanics and game design techniques to automate direct door-to-door sales in energy sector, increasing system owner's revenue.

It includes a web app for employers and a gamified iPad app for their employees. The iPad app enables sales agents to easily navigate the new area and managers to see agent's current locations.

Employers can tune system gamification settings, manage their employees, assigning them to manually selected working areas on the map and track their selling process with detailed real time statistics.

Employees can perform their work using the iPad app with GPS tracking, communicate with others and get motivated by numerous gamification techniques including a virtual currency and a game store.

Our biggest challenge was to develop an API enabling us to parse the data (buildings and addresses) from the biggest US statistic database census.gov.
