The Challenge Meeting & Incentive Forums is a networking and destination discovery program of b2b networking events. During these gatherings, buyers and suppliers from the MICE industry meet with delegates from the destinations they wish to develop their business in. The challenge was to create a mobile app that would support these meetings by giving attendees everything they need to succeed.
Our Solution Development of an iOS and Android mobile application to give users a simple way to establish win-win business networking relationships during each event.
Attendees can see the event program and the list of all participants, schedule and track meetings, search for other attendees, save personal contacts, increase networking through social media connections and check future events dates. The app also features integrated floor plans and a map to help users find their way around.
