What’s done: The most challenging part was to show really a lot of objects on a relatively same part of the map for big cities. We've made an advanced clusterization mechanism to groud results for nearby objects under one map object. The application was made for both iOS and Android, but initially with the design from the customer (on later stages we took over the design part also). We've worked closely with a remote backend team from the customer's side. As most of the project users were located in Russia, we had a goal to show Yandex maps layer. Yandex. Maps didn't have up-to-date SDKs for that moment, and we managed to show Yandex layer on the map through OpenStreetMap. Another interesting experience was to work with the project's marketing team which gathered user feedbacks attentively and returned back with tips for improvements from real life users. The application was designed for a very broad audience taking into consideration old and weak devices, so we had to plan architecture very attentively to maintain performance on old OS versions. Notable feature: very flexible filters for real estate objects with different options based on previously selected criteria. Had to think outside the box to make it happen.

Images gallery, a detailed description based on estate type, contact agent form, similar estate properties, favorites. Very flexible filters. Advanced filter options tied one to another to give user ability to segment search and get only what they actually need. The user can save filters to get back to them later.
