The purpose of the software – automation the preparation and exchange of documents in the process of checking bank reliability and solvency of potential borrowers, passing the need to apply to several banks. Each bank uses its own formula for calculating the rate and amount of the loan, present its own loan conditions for particular client. PiKvik allows to accumulate this information (in the case of bank’s agreement) and to select the most appropriate loan for the client. Organization of document flow between a realtor and banks allows to sell loans through a real estate agency, which is beneficial to all three parties: realtors enlarge customer base, increase the number of sales, borrowers save their time and get the most profitable credit terms, and banks successfully sell your product. As well as, the system motivates realtor to sell the most expensive accommodation, and the bank - to lower credit rates. The system PiKvik allows to establish effective two-way communication and conveniently control outgoing and submitted requests. Data encryption provides confidentiality.
