Retail bank environment simulator. Teach associates how to work with banking systems in a controlled environment.

A simulation of retail banking scenarios in order to train associates in a realistic but safe environment that works without internet. Fully operational, even with printers and scanners connected.

Challenge: To deliver a functional system within 30 days that uses web interfaces, connects to hardware components and works without internet as well as behind strict corporate firewalls.

Solution: We created a self-deployable system that measures the results of associates whilst running on a closed loop network. The system mimics the behaviour of live banking interfaces using test scenarios and crisis tasks and allows the activity of associates to be analysed afterwards.

Highlight: Raiffeisen Bank has been able to significantly improve its loan application process based on findings from our scenarios. This enabled the bank to decrease the application time and to lower the administrative burden.
