About

DMT Sofware House was hired to automate document processing. The end user was a bank that was looking for a company experienced in document processing solutions that could automate the process.

KIR, Poland's national clearing house, launched the Ognivo platform enabling the exchange of documents between Polish companies and institutions such as courts, government offices, public prosecutors, bailiffs and banks.

Banks receive different types of documents via the Ognivo platform:

Inquiries from bailiffs concerning debtors' bank accounts
Inquiries about individual accounts maintained by the bank, at the request of the account owner or their heirs.
Documents, court and bailiff inquiries related to the execution and collection debts from accounts.

Banks must respond with an appropriate electronic document containing relevant information from the banking system, for example a list of cash accounts of the indicated client. The number of documents received by the bank is significant and constantly growing.

In order to provide these services, banks had to engage a significant number of employees or hire new ones to handle such inquiries and prepare responses.

As a more viable option the bank decide to automate the process and implement the solution developed by DMT Software House.

The implemented solution automated most of the activities related to documents processing, which were previously done manually. The solution prepared by DMT enables automatic downloading of documents (inquires) from Ognivo platform and provides key information analysis.

Then the application queries the banking system about the bank's customers and their appropriate types of accounts. Based on this information, the application prepares responses to the sender of the inquiry.

The application prepares and sends responses fully automatic for the majority of queries.

Thanks to this, tedious and time consuming manual activities were significantly limited allowing the bank's employees to focus on decision making and more critical tasks.

SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS:

Integration Platform for Stock Exchange. The primary task of the system is to download the stream of messages from main UTP Transaction System (the same one used on NYSE), perform all necessary aggregations, calculations and modifications on data on-line, and then direct them to the number of servers to create the so-called „market image” System efficiency exceeds the assumed 50 thousand messages per second in peak, while the competing solutions reach “only” up to 2 thousand messages/sec

ARMS payment management system. It is a bank system designed to automate collection of tax, utility payments, custom payments and pensions across Africa cluster and emerging markets in EMEA region. ARMS is integrated with bank’s global EB Platform, implemented in Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Nigeria, Cameroon, South Africa. ARMS have been extended with Customer Data Retrieval Portal (MOJ, the Netherlands) Implemented on the Atom Platform (our in-house, unified software framework ) as a set of micro-services.

CCS Club Card System. CCS supports employee incentive plans. Our customer offers bonus cards for his clients‘ employees. System enables single, multiple and periodic use of assigned range of services in various sport, catering and cultural facilities where POS terminal is installed. The system supports over 7000 terminals, 6 200 000 cards, over 12 000 transactions/h, over 4 000 objects (fitness clubs, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, cinemas and theatres).

UNIS platform. Complex system designed to manage production company The UNIS platform consists of many modules that customers can choose depending on their individual needs. The modules can work together within the UNIS Platform or as a single, independent software All modules have one common database and allow logging in with one contactless card together supported by another identification method, e.g. employee biometric feature or a registration plate number in the case of vehicles.
