Challenge

CTO’s, CFO’s and infrastructure managers are faced with an important but tedious job, managing procurement. Traditionally, this involves approving purchase requests, evaluating RFQ’s or RFP’s, matching invoices against purchase orders, comparing packing lists to purchase orders and reviewing maintenance renewals. This can be very time consuming and cumbersome, multiplying paper trails and burdening team members, while taking away from strategic management duties. Solution Contraqer wanted to make the software a SaaS-based procurement platform for small & midsized firms. Perfectial’s team built cloud-enabled architecture for SaaS delivery of stored data housed in a relational database complemented by an intuitive end-user dashboard. Now decision makers and multiple users can view, query and collaborate without the headache of the paper-pushing status quo.
