A system which covered the entire taxi service ordering cycle, automated processes, reduced human capital labor costs and is currently helping to carry out orders more effectively was built. It was also provided an opportunity to gather the statistics and analyze the collected information. In order to implement the objective set, three separate applications were designed and developed: mobile client application, mobile driver application and web dispatcher application. The built taxi service ordering management system attracts a much larger number of clients. Also, using of this system has twice shortened the service time, which means that the greater number of clients can be served by the available human capital.
