Challenge:

The primary challenge was to improve the Hypefill COD fulfillment hub to deliver efficient and reliable fulfillment services while providing insightful analytics. This involved enhancing delivery performance and enabling clients to make data-driven decisions to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Seamless integration with clients' existing e-commerce platforms and implementation of cron queues for nightly updates.
Retrieval of Shopify and WooCommerce store data to generate a user dashboard with order statuses, volumes, top categories, metrics on delivery, and more.
Development of a revenue analysis process and delivery status tracking across multiple shipping companies.
Creation of a feature that allows admins to calculate funds for specific shops and enables users to withdraw available funds.
Introduction of an admin dashboard displaying key performance indicators (KPIs) such as total sales, orders fulfilled, and available funds per client.
