About
This project was for developing an e-commerce platform called ModeWalk. This involved architecting the entire design, layout, front and back end functionalities and coding the entire job. The main challenge was time frame. The client wanted a weekly deployment of every deliverable which proved challenging due to unforeseen hurdles as well as the tasks involved. This was a startup at the time we worked on project. Another thing we faced was time zone difference, our time zone and client time zone. We had to wait for client during hours we normally don’t work just to get in touch with the client. However we were able to adjust and input additional hours to meet the client expectations, work load and target.
