About
This project is about case management. From project management perspective the most challenging part was to turn the business requirements and user stories into actual tasks. We tried different approaches and came up with very simple way to manage everything. The solution was to simplify the process and get rid of unnecessary management layers. On other hand we switched the focus to the developers and payed more attention to their needs. This leaded to increasing productivity.
Communication was the other important aspect. The week spent working closely to the client in the same office leaded to significant increase of productivity and overall efficiency. We are keep meeting every few months in client's offices in Madrid to plan work efficiently.
