A web/desktop application for small and medium-sized enterprises, intended for a complete management of the business operations of a company, which includes the following: • keeping records and managing information on economic operators, employees, associates and friendly companies; • possibility of quickly reviewing important notes, arranged meetings, dates and important documents; • generating reports, importing/exporting data and printing it out quickly and efficiently; • access to additional application services, depending on the rights leased.

The intuitive interface adapted to the user enables access to the following modules, depending on the application user’s rights: • administration – managing application users, services, usage statistics, code books etc.; • basic data – maintaining and managing bank accounts, applicable laws, taxes, jobs etc.; • calendar – maintaining and viewing agreed dates and related resources in an interactive calendar expanded by functionalities such as drag & drop, resize etc.; • catalogue – organisation of items of goods with the accompanying price, expiry dates, version etc.; • companies and employees – entry and keeping of data on different companies and their employees; • orders and accounts – keeping information on accounts, accounts status, customers etc.; • persons, projects and workbook – organisation and planning of projects, connected clients, individual project status, notes on individual projects etc.

The application has been optimised for web browsers and mobile devices, and was developed in cooperation with the leading IT experts from Switzerland.
