A HTML5 application for the administration and charging of expenditures incurred by seminar lecturers. The application enables lecturers to enter and calculate all expenditures connected with the seminar, such as travel expenses, accommodation expenses as well as the expenses for additional seminar content. The application user, i.e. the seminar instructor, can: • view their personal data, • view the seminars where they lectured as well as the accompanying fees, • create accounts where travel expenses, hotel expenses and other expenses may be entered, • upload documents accompanying invoices, • send invoices for approval, • correct unapproved invoices and previously entered expenses, • print out invoices, • complete questionnaires about the seminar, • view invoices and completed questionnaires.
