The SPOT ERP application is a complete solution for clients who are in the business of organising seminars and training for members of works councils. The customer who purchased the application is the leading provider of training for members of works councils in Germany. This application has a large number of modules and some of the most significant ones cover the following areas: • seminar planning – planning of seminars for the upcoming years manually or automatically (by way of analysing previous years) • seminar organisation and management – management of seminar organisation, i.e. the topics, content, participants, instructors, lecturers, venues and costs of all of the above • seminar market management – possibility of connecting to the seminar market and accepting/rejecting applications for lecturers • accounting – involves creation of pro-forma invoices, generating invoices for seminar participants automatically on the basis of the information entered into that module and other modules, and printing and e-mailing of invoices • warehouse – management of company warehouses as well as products entering and exiting the warehouse • procurement – ordering of products and services the company uses in its day-to-day operations and seminars. This module also offers an analysis of the warehouse status and seminar needs in order to facilitate the process of product expenditure and procurement monitoring • administration – user administration and rights management • reports – all of the application modules include the option to print out various reports and statistical overviews.
