Our challenge was to create realtime reporting & communication software for aftermarket business native to IOS and Android.
Through realtime status updates, photos, videos, and messages, technicians keep customers informed throughout the entire repair process, which means there won’t be a need to interrupt the repair process with questions. It gives customers live updates about their car while it’s being repaired. Technicians get more done, and customers get confidence and peace of mind.
We have build chat application at QuickBlox, a cloud communication backend that allows to add Chat, Video Calling and Push Notifications functionality to your mobile, web and desktop apps. Basically, it’s a drag and drop Skype.
