FIREQUAKE is a programming complex of strategic solutions modelling for EMERCOM (Civil Protection) when suppression of fire at business facilities, and is meant to improve effectiveness of learning process of preparation of command staff of EMERCOM.
It consists of three modules:
Training-tactical simulator for command staff Investigation assistant for tracer / fire-fighter Training simulator for fire fighters’ inspector After successful release, test and endorse in Belarus, now simulator is being widely used by civil protection and emergencies ministries within CIS countries.
CONTEXT In the line with development agreement, there were several control objectives:

Complex has to be a customization of computer programs in 3D visualization re emergency situations liquidation and their components that have already been developed in the Command-Engineering Institute and EMERCOME (with the middleware Irrlicht, that is freely distributable software to commercial ends), and has to fulfill management, connecting and piggybacking functions.

To add breadboard training virtual model of oil and oil derivatives with the following subjects:
A complex of open technological constructions to be used for oil and oil derivatives’ reforming A complex of electrical installations connected into transformer sub-station with nominal voltage 110 kV (primary articulated unit substation) 3) To develop fire spread modelling in complement objects
