Brief
The largest shopping and entertainment center in Lithuania needed a new website. It had to be modernized and to get more convenient both for the customers and for the system administrators that are managing its content.
Insight
Previous website had a difficult content management system (CMS) and a complicated user interface. It was hard for the owners of 962 shops to manage their content on the web and even more difficult for their customers to find all the relevant information they need.
Solution
After thoroughly analyzing the previous CMS and the segments of website users, we made a website of exemplary usability and convenience. Now it is a complex ecosystem where all the shopkeepers can easily provide their content in a manner of a news portal and the users can swiftly reach it.
Results
Shopkeepers save much more time on managing their content on the website and hundreds of thousands of visitors can easily navigate there and find the most relevant content for them.
